eBay Taiwan is an online marketplace and the world's largest online shopping mall on the internet. Individuals and small businesses come together here to buy and sell almost anything, from new designer clothes online to non-label men's clothing from Taiwan. The site enables fashion and clothing trade on a local, national and even international basis. One of the great features that eBay Taiwan offers is a diverse and passionate community of individuals and small businesses.
However, Chinese and Japanese rival sites have been launched to compete with eBay's Taiwan and other Asian sites. Taobao is China's largest retail website and Yahoo! Japan has launched a similar service in 2010. The service is expected to dwarf US rival eBay in terms of users and products offered. Taobao is part of Alibaba Group which also runs AliExpress, a new payment platform that allows payments from users of US online payment service PayPal.
