UK - FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £40

These delivery charges apply to all of the UK .We do NOT charge extra for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, or remote areas.

ROI & Europe will not attract free postage.

If your order comes to less than £40 we charge delivery at cost, though we do subsidise this cost as much as we can. We think this is the fairest and most cost-effective method of charging for delivery.

IF YOU WISH TO SEE THE COST OF POSTAGE FOR AN ITEM, SIMPLY ADD IT TO YOUR SHOPPING BASKET, AND THE POSTAGE WILL BE SHOWN. POSTAGE IS ALWAYS BASED ON WEIGHT, SO TWO ITEMS THE SAME WILL NEVER BE DOUBLE POSTAGE, BUT WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE EXACT WEIGHT, WHICH DEPENDANT ON WEIGHT MAY NOT EVEN INCREASE THE POSTAGE RATE. FOR AN ACCURATE POSTAGE QUOTE, SIMPLY PUT THE DESIRED ITEMS INTO YOUR SHOPPING BASKET. THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE, AND IT WILL ALLOW YOU TO COMPARE OUR DELIVERY CHARGES ACCURATELY.

If your order reaches £40, no delivery charge will be made.

Despatch Times

Orders are despatched within 2 working days of receipt. If you require an order to be despatched immediately, just let us know, and we will do our best to accomodate you. If you do not receive an e-mail from us within 48 hours (not including weekends, when orders are packed, but cannot be despatched), we probably do not have your correct e-mail address. You can e-mail us at any time  - despatch@giftedonlineshop.net for an update on your order progress. Please note at busy times, the despatch time may increase slightly.

Next Day Deliveries

Next Day and 2 day Delivery services can be selected during checkout for a small charge.
Orders required NEXT DAY, must be placed by 11.30 a.m. Items ordered on Friday for Next Day will be delivered on Monday
If you absolutely need an item sending on Friday for delivery on Saturday, this can be arranged through Royal Mail. If you require this service, please e-mail us for a price.
If you select Next Day or 48 hour delivery you will be charged at the current rate, regardless of the value of your order.

International Deliveries

We can deliver to most countries. Delivery to anywhere outside the U.K. will be at cost and we cannot offer free delivery. Simply place your order as normal and during the checkout, you can select your destination to see the delivery cost.

Packaging

As a responsible business, wherever possible we recycle all the packaging that we receive into orders that we are sending out. This helps to keep our postage costs low, and helps our environment. This is supplemented with bubble wrap, and various other packaging materials. All packaging is clean, and wherever possible, recyclable.
