Terms and Conditions

All orders are accepted subject to availability.

If an item is unavailable, we may contact you by e-mail, and offer an alternative, if appropriate. You can opt for missing items to be substituted which means your order is never held up in the event of an item being out of stock, or you can opt for no substitutions, in which case we will either contact you for further instructions, or just send the remainder of your order.

When paying directly to us with a credit or debit card, payment is processed at the time of despatch, thus ensuring that no item is charged for until it is physically in your order. Your card details are held electronically and are deleted as soon as payment is successful

If you pay using Google Checkout the whole order value is charged, and any item out of stock is refunded during the despatch process.

If you pay using Paypal, you will make full payment from your account during checkout. Any item out of stock will be refunded to your paypal account during the despatch process.

Orders may be cancelled at any time up until despatch. Once an order is despatched, it may be cancelled by returning the order to us.
We will fully refund any returned orders as soon as they are received by us.
