All items on the website are sold in the shop first, so that we can judge the quality of the items, and satisfaction of our local customers before listing them on our website.

• Our aim is to provide the best possible service to our customers, and to this end we have a fair postage pricing policy, based on the physical weight of the products. This policy ensures that postage is always slightly less than the actual cost of postage, or free if the current free postage threshold is reached.
• Orders are checked, and re-checked for accuracy, and payment is only ever processed at the point of despatch. If an order is incomplete we will always contact you by e-mail, to see if you want to make a substitution. Assuming an order is complete, despatch is within 2 working days.
• Our packaging methods have been developed over many years, and are virtually guaranteed to get your order to you in one piece.  Packaging used is wherever possible clean recycled packaging from our suppliers supplemented with bought-in professional packaging. Re-using the packaging from our suppliers helps the environment, and keeps shipping costs down.
• We are currently dealing with hundreds of orders per month, and have the immediate capacity to deal with hundreds more, and all our products are backed with a no-quibble return policy. All we ask is that you let us know, if you wish to return an item, so that we are expecting it, and can quickly refund or replace the item, at your discretion.
• We provide a non-geographical phone number, which is linked through our web system. This means that you will always be connected to the internet sales department, no matter whether they are in the office or on the road. You only pay for a standard BT call. E-mails are generally answered within the hour, and certainly the same day.
